Where does it take place?
The program is entirely online, with lessons every Monday and live coaching sessions on Wednesday's. You can engage in both group calls and one-on-one sessions with Meg, the founder and lead instructor at Flex U.
How does it work?
Once registered, access the program platform on the Friday before the program starts. It includes our lesson outline and details for group and one-on-one coaching. While optional, participating in the coaching calls is highly recommended to stay engaged and on track.
